In San Giuseppe Vesuviano and Terzigno the Carabinieri of the station Palma Campania they carried out two precautionary measures, one of house arrest and one of community placement issued respectively by Court of Nola and by the Juvenile Court of Napoli against a 21 year old St. Joseph Vesuvius and a 17 year old Terzigno.
The two are seriously suspected of aggravated robbery and aggravated personal injury.
The investigations carried out by the Carabinieri of the Palma Campania station under the coordination of the two Public Prosecutors' Offices have allowed them to collect several clues against the two people under investigation today in relation to a rapina which took place in San Gennaro Vesuviano last night 12st January against a 46 year old Bangladeshi citizen.
The two allegedly violently attacked the victim, causing him some injuries. injury to the head and legs, and then take possession of his phone.
The investigative activity allowed us to recover the stolen goods which was returned to its rightful owner. The arrested were transferred respectively to their residence and to a community for minors available to the judicial authorities.
