The students of the state middle school “G. GENOINO” of frattamaggiore they met with personnel from the Naples Highway Police for a training day on road safety.
The topics covered, considering the very young age of the students, referred to the risky behavior of pedestrians and drivers of bicycles and mopeds.
There were 195 students present and the Traffic Police explained to them the dangers and pitfalls of the road as well as the protective measures to adopt to avoid them.
Knowing from an early age the basic rules of conduct to observe when on the road lays a solid foundation for increasing the sense of conscious responsibility towards oneself and others.
Many questions were asked to the police by the very young students, a sign of a high interest in the topic of road safety that, if adequately nourished and satisfied, could certainly contribute to the reduction of road accidents that, unfortunately, still cause victims and injuries every day.
