There are 5 investigated among doctors and nurses of 118 of Castellammare for the death of the 51 year old Sergio Aiello which occurred on the night of February 23rd.
The pm Marianna Ricci from the Torre Annunziata Public Prosecutor's Office, in charge of the investigations conducted by the police of the Stabia police station Under orders from director Amalia Sorrentino, the police have sent notices of investigation to the five in preparation for the autopsy on the body of the unfortunate 51-year-old, which will take place this afternoon. This is a necessary step, allowing the five to appoint their own experts and lawyers to attend the autopsy.
But the investigation, in addition to establishing the causes of death will have to verify any fault of the medical staff in the incident that led to the death of the man who had called for help.
