It took the Fire Brigade teams seven hours of work to put out the fire that broke out inside an agricultural warehouse in Serino, in the province of Avellino.
Sixty bales of straw and hay had been stored in the wooden and sheet metal structure in the Isca district, a few kilometers from the town center, which fueled an enormous fire.
Only in the early afternoon were the extinguishing operations of the two Red Helmets teams sent by the Provincial Command of Avellino concluded. Investigations are underway to ascertain the origin of the fire.
