The Observatory on Comedy awarded him the Massimo Troisi Prize. The best comic actor of the 19th edition of the competition, Stefano De Clemente, will be the next protagonist of Che Comico, a season created by Gv Eventi, with the artistic direction of Gianluca Tortora.
On Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th the theatre season continues with “Siamo un grande popolo”, a show written by Francesco Burzo. De Clemente, a young Neapolitan cabaret artist, with a very respectable curriculum, including participation in the Premio Charlot, will be on stage at the Teatro Ridotto as the protagonist of this show which is also his theatrical debut.
“Gags are born from the curious and amused observation of reality. Together with my author, Francesco Burzo, we choose the topics to deal with through a careful analysis of the habits and customs of contemporary society and then he thinks about transforming them into unsettling jokes but accessible to any type of audience, since we both firmly believe in the fact that comedy should address everyone”, explains the artist.
De Clemente's sympathy is ready to overwhelm everyone: after having made the Massimo Troisi Award jury agree, the comedian resigns to the judgment of the sovereign public.
