Release from prison and house arrest for a repeat offender arrested red-handed while threatening to kill family members present at a fight with his wife using a gun and a knife.

The decision was made by the investigating judge of Naples who accepted the arguments of the man's trusted lawyer, Fabrizio De Maio, despite the contrary opinion of the public prosecutor.

The man, with multiple convictions (for drug dealing, escape and robbery), sentenced to three years in prison for the crime of mistreatment in the family, surrendered immediately after the intervention of the police.
