A repeat offender arrested in flagrante delicto while threatening to kill family members present during an argument with his wife has been released from prison and placed under house arrest.
The decision was made by the investigating judge of Naples who accepted the arguments of the man's trusted lawyer, Fabrizio De Maio, despite the contrary opinion of the public prosecutor.
The man, with multiple convictions (for drug dealing, escape and robbery), sentenced to three years in prison for the crime of mistreatment in the family, surrendered immediately after the intervention of the police.
