The conditions of the outskirts of Napoli are increasingly merciless. In fact, open-air landfills continue to increase, such as in Ponticelli where the area in front of a school has been transformed into an area of illegal dumping.
“This is Via Argine (Ponticelli), a stone's throw from the "Marie Curie" Industrial Technical Institute, where hundreds of students pass through every morning on their way to school.
Why is nothing being done to clean up this area and make it better for our children so as to give them an example of hope and civility?” - a citizen reported to the deputy of the Green-Left Alliance Francesco Emilio Borrelli.
