Atalanta's appeal to the Campania Regional Administrative Court (TAR) for suspension of the Naples Prefect's decree banning the sale of tickets for the Napoli-Atalanta match on Saturday, March 11, to residents of the province of Bergamo, was rejected.

"Atalanta BC announces that yesterday it challenged before the Campania Regional Administrative Court the decree of the Prefect of Naples prohibiting the sale of tickets for the Napoli-Atalanta match on Saturday 11 March to residents of the Province of Bergamo," the statement read.
The President of the Campania Regional Administrative Court (TAR) today rejected the request for an emergency suspension of the ban, calling it an appropriate measure given the rivalry between the supporters of the two clubs. Atalanta BC obviously acknowledges the decision and regrets what it considers a clear penalization to the detriment of the Bergamo fans.
