The first Sunday of the month with free admission promoted by the Ministry of Culture was a great success with the public at the Museum and Royal Wood of Capodimonte.
Over 3800 visitors chose the rooms of the Royal Palace to admire the Farnese Collection, the De Ciccio Collection, the Royal Armoury, the rooms of the Apartment, and to visit the exhibition "Beyond Caravaggio. A New Story of Painting in Naples," curated by Patrizia Piscitello and Stefano Causa. As always, the piano music of Maestro Rosario Ruggiero and the performances by the Arcoscenico Company, all activities organized by the MusiCapodimonte Association, were greatly appreciated.
Nearly 4 visitors to the Royal Forest, thanks to the beautiful sunny day, spent relaxing moments in the Tea Room-Bistro or strolling through the tree-lined avenues. Many shared their emotions from their time at Capodimonte, in the museum, and in the forest on the official accounts (Facebook museodicapodimonte, Twitter capodimonte_mus, and Instagram museoboscocapodimonte) using the hashtag #domenicalmuseo.
