Last night the agents of the Portici Police Station-Herculaneum, during the territorial control service, while passing along Corso Resina at the corner of Emilio Bossa, they noticed two men with two black bags over their shoulders; the latter, at the sight of them, took to flight to evade the control.
The police reached and stopped one of them, finding him in possession of several collector's albums of stamped paper; furthermore, they ascertained that he had stolen them shortly before from a garage in Corso Resina.
The other fugitive, however, managed to disappear.
AS, a 37-year-old from Ercolano with a criminal record, was arrested for aggravated theft while the stolen goods were returned to the owner.
