This morning the Naples Flying Squad executed a precautionary order, issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples at the request of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, against four people.
In particular, house arrest was ordered for Grace Romairone, a 62 year old from Naples and Bruno Beviliacqua, a 70 year old also from Naples, since they are considered seriously suspected of the crimes of corruption and forgery, the obligation to report to the PG for Salvatore Esposito, 22 years old from Mugnano di Napoli, as he was considered seriously suspected of the crimes of corruption, false and misleading attestation to the Public Prosecutor's Office on personal qualities, his own or those of others, and the ban from practicing the profession for 12 months for Roberto Gasso, 55 years old from Naples, since he was considered seriously suspected of the crimes of corruption and forgery.
The Esposito family, with the aim of spending New Year's Eve 2022 in Dubai, would have, thanks to the mediation and complicity of Dr. Romairone Grazia, after paying sums of money (300 euros) delivered to Gasso Roberto, obtained falsified swabs, released by the Gasso Clinical Analysis Laboratory, which certified, in particular, the negative for Covid di Mary Bosti e Susy Esposito, actually positive.
All this thanks also to the help of Salvatore Esposito, who would have undergone, at the aforementioned laboratory, the swabs in place of their family members, also presenting the false certifications to the PUs in service at theairport.
The departure did not take place, however, as the family was subjected to a random Covid check at theFiumicino airport and was consequently denied boarding.
Furthermore, also in this case thanks to the intermediation of Romairone Grazia, always after paying sums of money (4000 euros), Esposito Luca and Susy would have obtained, from Dr. Bevilacqua Bruno, false certifications attesting to the vaccination, to obtain the Green Pass by virtue of the limitations imposed at the time.

Dr. Bevilacqua, who was banned from holding public office during that period, is also under investigation because he allegedly issued false certificates attesting to the vaccination to other individuals, from some of whom he allegedly received financial compensation.
It is represented that the spouses Esposito Luca and Bosti Maria for this matter were subjected, on 17.01.2022, to an arrest issued by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate; they are currently subjected to the house arrest regime.
