The Anti-Mafia Investigation Directorate, a branch of the Department of Public Security, has executed a definitive confiscation order issued by the Court of Appeal of Naples against a building contractor who is a member of the clan of the Casalesi.
The procedure for the application of the patrimonial prevention measure, started on the initiative of the Public Prosecutors of Napoli and Santa Maria Capua Vetere and the Director of the DAY, arose following the investigations carried out on the proposed, already convicted of mafia-type association, murder, extortion, illegal possession of weapons and more.

The DIA investigators, in investigating his criminal profile, found a significant disproportion between the income capacity demonstrated and that declared to the tax authorities.
