Students Gerardo Karol Orilia and Matteo Fasolino—accompanied by project coordinator Professor Emilia Giordano—will participate in the “Muner – NY” simulation where, alongside students from around the world, they will demonstrate their debating skills.

For a few days then (the event will last until March 6th) the students of Genoino will take on the role of delegates and, in English, will test their language skills.
Participation in the initiative currently taking place in the Big Apple was preceded by selections held in recent weeks as part of the "IMUN - Naples 2023" project. As Giordano emphasized, this represented "a moment of encounter and a formative experience, not only from a cultural perspective, but above all from a personal perspective, especially for four of the students: Ketura Imperato, Alessio Bertocci, Vincenzo Cannavacciulo, and Gaia Esposito, who received an honorable mention."
