The one who denounced it was the regional councilor of the 5 Star Movement Gennaro Saiello who filed a question on the issue to the Regional Council.
It was supposed to be a major project affecting the municipalities of San Giuseppe Vesuviano, Terzigno, Boscoreale, and Torre Annunziata, with the construction of a cycle and pedestrian path, flanked by green spaces and social gathering spaces. To date, after construction began, work has been halted for months, and the affected line is once again in a state of abandonment and decay.
Furthermore, in the stretch that lies within the territory of the municipality of Marigliano, there are small asbestos artifacts that are highly polluting and dangerous for public health, and it is necessary to intervene with all speed to make them safe. Also at a national level, with Senator Raffaele De Rosa, we have presented a parliamentary question to finally unblock the project. In the meantime - concludes Saiello - we note that De Luca's announcements, once again, are denied by the facts".
