A precautionary custody order, issued by the investigating judge of Naples at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, was executed yesterday by the State Police against four people, two of whom, Antonio Cozzolino 21 years old and Luigi Esposito 24 year old, placed under house arrest, and two others, Gaetano Galiero 30 years old and Giovanni Matarazzo 23-year-olds, subject to the obligation to report to the judicial police.
All are seriously suspected of the crime of aggravated brawl in relation to what happened on the night of 10 September 2022 in via Petrarca in Napoli, when the same, according to what was reconstructed by the investigations of the police officers of Posillipo Police Station and Naples Mobile Squad.
A fight that started for trivial reasons, transformed into a violent brawl, during which they kicked and punched a young man and then escaped on a motorbike and scooter.
At the time of the execution of the order in the home of Giovanni Matarazzo, the latter's mother, Anna Criscuolo 48 years old, she threw a cellophane bag containing three packages of cocaine weighing 78,53 grams out of a window. The woman was arrested and taken to the women's prison in Pozzuoli.
