The Naples Police Chief, acting on a proposal from the Municipal Police - Security Department - Local Police Service - Social Emergencies and Minors Protection Unit - Naples Police Department, has ordered a three-day suspension of neighborhood business activities at a bar on Via Santa Chiara.
In particular, on the evening of October 8th, the Local Police officers, while passing through via Santa Chiara, had surprised two minors, aged 14 and 15, sitting at the tables belonging to the premises while consuming some alcoholic beverages.
Furthermore, they had ascertained that the owner had sold them the alcoholic beverages without asking for an identity document despite his physical characteristics showing that he was a minor, therefore they had reported him for serving alcoholic beverages to minors.
The measure is therefore aimed at avoiding a concrete danger to public order and the safety of citizens.
