The commissioner of Napoli has adopted 4 measures prohibiting access to sporting events (DASPO), for periods of one and two years, against as many Neapolitan fans who, during the Napoli-Roma football match, played last January 29 at the “Maradona” stadium, had climbed from the lower sector of the “A” curve to the upper one; therefore they had been reported for climbing during sporting events.
Two more Daspos, lasting one and four years, were issued to two Neapolitans aged 4 and 46, a father and son, who, during the Coppa Italia football match Napoli-Cremonese at the “Maradona” stadium on 17 January, were responsible for violence against the security personnel.
Yet another one-year DASPO was issued against a 25-year-old from Coralia who, on November 30th, at the end of the Turris-Fidelis Andria match at the “Amerigo Liguori” stadium, had punched some vehicles belonging to the visiting fans, and was therefore reported.
Another four-year sentence was issued against a 4-year-old man from Ercolano who, on September 30, during halftime of the AC Sant'Antonio Abate vs. ASD Sporting Club Ercolanese football match at the "Vigilante Varone" stadium, along with other Ercolano fans, invaded the pitch and then engaged in violent clashes with the Abate supporters, using belts, clubs, helmets, and sticks. For this reason, he was reported for pitch invasion during a sporting event and brawling.
