During operations to control the territory and restore legality, with the staff of the Lawyers' Operations Unit together with the staff of the Montecalvario Police Station and with the help of the workers of Napoli Servizi, it intervened in the territory of the second municipality, Montecalvario district, to free the streets from everything created by unknown persons with the aim of reserving public spaces by taking them away from the community.
In total, 117 poles and approximately 20 items of furniture, including benches and metal grates, installed illegally between Salita Pontecorvo, Vico Pardiso, Vico Soccorso, via Pasquale Serra, Vico del Consiglio, up to via Simonelli, were removed.
In the fourth municipality, the Agents of the San Lorenzo Operational Unit intervened in via Cesare Rosaroll, at a commercial activity, the agents ascertained that the owner had invaded the sidewalk creating an obstacle to pedestrian traffic.
A fine was issued for exceeding the land occupation with respect to the concession title and for the installation of the tent of approximately 24 mXNUMX without any authorization.
Furthermore, the owner was reported to the Judicial Authority for having built a concrete ramp on the public road to easily transport the trolleys containing the goods for sale inside the business and also for having bolted two iron plates to the pavement of the sidewalk, again for the transport of the goods.
During the checks extended to the market in via Ferrara, the officers, out of 34 operators present and registered, contested 10 sanctions for excess land occupation compared to the concession title.
Even in Piazza Garibaldi, bar and restaurant activities were checked. Of the eight public establishments inspected, four were fined for illegally occupying public land by placing tables, chairs and umbrellas.
Four more reports for installing advertising boards without authorization and one for broadcasting music without authorization. In the hilly area of the city, the UOVomero officers, following complaints and reports received, intervened in via Palizzi and via Luigia Sanfelice, seizing 47 vehicles removed for illegal parking, seizing 2 for lack of insurance coverage and drawing up 107 reports for various violations of the highway code.
