As part of the checks ordered by the Carabinieri Forestale Group of NAPLES, the soldiers of the Carabinieri Forestale station of Roccarainola during the control of the territory in poggiomarino they noticed the presence of numerous cages on a balcony.
The military immediately began a search and found 60 goldfinches, a protected species, inside the home of a 20-year-old local man. The man was charged with possession of protected wildlife. The goldfinches were released on the spot by the military.
