The State Police 's control activity has intensified , with agents from the General Prevention Office monitoring several Napoli ultras from the Curva A and Curva B during the night.

As part of the public order and safety services set up by the Police Headquarters , the police noticed in Piazza Dante the presence of around 100 Neapolitan fans linked to associations from the Curva B of the Maradona stadium who had split into small groups.
One of them, to avoid the control of the patrol car , moved away abandoning five plastic flagpoles , two smoke bombs and a flare.
In the following hours, around 150 fans linked to groups from the A curve , many of them disguised and armed with flagpoles, moved and, monitored by the Digos , walked through various city streets.
Clashes between Napoli and Eintracht fans on the seafront averted
The ultras eventually stopped in the immediate vicinity of the hotel hosting Eintracht Frankfurt fans , which they were unable to reach due to the public order system present there.
Also in the hotel area, during the night, other groups of Neapolitan fans armed with stones , bottles and flagpoles were chased away.
