This morning the Carabinieri of the Company of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, during a coordinated territorial control service carried out together with the military of the Sarno Carabinieri Canine Unit, reported at liberty for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing, a forty-nine-year-old local man, recipient of citizen's income.
During the personal and home search, the man was found in possession of five "sticks" of hashish for a total weight of approximately 8 grams.
The drug, ready to be sold, had been hidden inside a pack of cigarettes in his possession. The items found were seized.
