Born from the creativity of Maurizio De Giovanni, Commissioner Ricciardi, supported in the Rai Fiction series by the faithful Brigadier Maione (Antonio Milo), moves in the Naples of the 1930s, investigating four mysterious crimes, which will put to the test both his detective instinct and his gift, that of seeing the ghosts of victims of violent deaths and hearing their last thoughts.
An ability inherited from his mother but which, for Ricciardi, is also a curse, and prevents him from abandoning himself to the feeling of love that has long tied him to his neighbor Enrico Colombo (Maria Vera Ratti).
