The Prefecture of Caserta has ordered the transfer of 19 migrants hosted in a facility in San Prisco (Caserta) used as a CAS (Extraordinary Reception Centre) where, following an inspection, hygiene and health deficiencies emerged.
The facility is managed by the Esculapio cooperative, which manages the SAI (Welcome and Inclusion System) in Caserta, together with Innotec and Format.
