Illegal industrial wastewater discharged into the Savone River: a buffalo farm seized and its owner reported. This is the result of an operation to combat and repress environmental crimes conducted by officers from the Mondragone and Castel Volturno port authorities , coordinated by the Pozzuoli Maritime District Office on the Domitian Coast. The operation led to the seizure of a large buffalo farm in Falciano del Massico, located near the train station.
In the livestock farm of about 3000 square meters, the control activity revealed the illegal discharge of livestock and industrial wastewater on the land surrounding the farm and in a collection channel that flowed into the Savone torrent and then into the sea. The owner of the company GS 53 year old from Naples was reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere for unauthorized discharge of industrial wastewater (resulting from the production cycle), uncontrolled abandonment of waste on the ground and surface water.
