This morning, officers from the General Prevention Office of the Naples Police Headquarters and personnel from the Municipal Police Abandoned Vehicle Unit carried out checks in Via Paolo della Valle and Via Catone.
During the operation, 6 motorcycles and 20 cars were removed because they were found to be abandoned and without insurance coverage.
The control operation in the neighborhood of soccavo on the part of the police forces was particularly appreciated by the population and by the traders.
The neighborhood has long been a source of friction between Camorra clans over the control of illegal activities.
The checks, according to the provisions of the Police Chief Napoli, will continue in the next few days with other operations of this kind.
