A 57 year old man originally from Torre del Greco was arrested by the military of the local police station Carabinieri following the complaint filed by his wife.
The woman, now ex, had suffered a series of very serious crimes such as aggravated abuse from the presence of the minor, sexual violence aggravated and aggravated kidnapping.
The man, a professional who traveled for work and was away from his family most of the time, when he was at home had started making life impossible for his family with harassing and persecutory attitudes.

The climax was reached the day before yesterday when, having met, following requests for clarification, the man decided to keep the woman threatening her with a weapon, against his will.
From there the escalation of violence and abuse which then ended with thearrest of the man. Despite the seriousness of the crimes and the facts committed, the man, assisted by the Stabia criminal lawyer Olga Coda, is currently held under house arrest awaiting questioning and the validation hearing which will be held next Monday before the GIP of the Torre Annunziata Court.
