The first hearing for the separation between Totti and Ilary should have been on Tuesday 14 March, but the former footballer has asked to postpone.
Tensions are rising between Ilary Blasi and Francesco Totti. The former couple was supposed to be in court on Tuesday, March 14, for the start of the hearing regarding their separation. At the last minute, however, everything fell through, and the former footballer requested a postponement to better prepare.
Totti-Blasi, the first hearing was skipped: the reason
It seems that Ilary Blasi and Francesco Totti disagree on everything. After failing to reach a consensual agreement for the separation, they also disagree on the start of the hearing. They were supposed to be in court for the first time on Tuesday, March 14, but at the last minute everything fell through. The former footballer, in fact, asked for a postponement of the hearing. Having appeared in court only last Thursday, he asked for more time to prepare his defense.
This is in stark contrast to what Ilary Blasi had asked for last October, that is, an advance on the start of the trial, a request later rejected by the judge, who had not found any reasons for urgency. At the moment, the former couple is still married and it will be a long time before the two can officially say they are separated. Between millionaire estates, children, Rolexes and sports fields, the couple will battle it out in court for at least a couple of years, if they actually start it!
