A bed and breakfast transformed into a house of prostitution: this is the subject of the investigation, conducted by the Carabinieri of the Vairano Patenora station and the Capua Company, which resulted, yesterday, in 4 precautionary measures.
The order was issued by Judge Anna Imparato of the Court of Naples. A ban on residence in Campania for Salvatore Stavolo, a 51-year-old from Castellana, and an obligation to sign for Carlo D'Apolito, a 29-year-old from Sant'Anastasia, Giovanni Petriccione, a 30-year-old from Marigliano, and Nello Coppola, a 29-year-old from Somma Vesuviana.
The B&B at the center of the investigation, coordinated by Public Prosecutor Cristina Curatoli, is located in the Centro Direzionale of Naples.

How? By facilitating the prostitution of women and men inside it, through online ads and the provision of rooms. They would also have appropriated part of the earnings of those who carried out the prostitution activity.
Conduct that would have been ascertained starting from November 2020.
Stavolo, according to what was ascertained by the investigators, is the owner of the structure. Petriccione and Coppola are employees of the b&b, D'Apolito, on the other hand, would have worked at that structure until a few months ago. The judge, in addition to issuing the precautionary measures, also ordered the seizure of the bed & breakfast and the Blue Angels sauna.
Logically, the defendants are to be considered innocent until a final conviction is handed down. They will be able to appeal the measures ordered by the investigating judge and demonstrate their lack of involvement in the facts contested by the Prosecutor's Office.
