It's not cabaret, it's not theater, it's not stand up, but it's all of these things together. It's "My name is Sbelut", the therapeutic comedy by and with Pasquale Palma on stage Friday 14 April at 21 pm at the Teatro Charlot in Pellezzano as part of the second winter season.
“In some areas of the Northern Naples hinterland, to say that a person is going through a somewhat strange time, between being debased, dejected, taken by the Turks and without a compass, “Stai tutto Sbeluto”, they say” : Palma starts from here to conceive the show which, between experimentation and irreverence, starts from the Teatro Canzone of the great masters such as Jannacci, Gaber, Paolo Rossi, his beacons, to then move into other genres to create a mix that perhaps does not exist.
He imagined that this Sbelut is a person, a sprite who lives inside each of us and sometimes would like to say and do things that are not allowed to him. On stage all this will be possible. Sbelut will have his say on many things, will reveal his motivations on things that go well and things that don't go well and in the end, as a final goal, will help to write life with lightness which is perhaps the only possible way. On stage with Palma there will be Gianluigi Capasso on guitar and Diego Sommaripa in the role of sidekick.
Sbelut is also the title of his book that has just been published by Guida Editori and which continues the discourse of the show.
“Today, in my opinion, labels kill artistic expression”, concludes Palma who since he was a child, while all his friends dreamed of becoming the new Maradona, was fascinated by Totò, Sordi, Troisi, Verdone and all Italian cinema. It is on the stage of the Tam that he hones his comic verve and debuts his debut character: Vivo D'Angelo. A boy of today irreversibly linked to the myth of the eighties, to the songs and films of Nino D'Angelo so much so that he believes he is the personification. But he is also the mime incapable of keeping quiet, the super-gifted Avatar, the neo-poetic Eddy Scampia, the bizarre Fashion Blogger Floriano Del Gatto. He is Gegè in the film “Vita Cuore Battito”, the altar boy in Siani's film “Si Accettano Miracoli”.

The second winter season of the Charlot theater will end on April 21 with Maria Bolignano and Irene Grasso in “Gli uomini però sessoparcheggiare”. The Neapolitan actress, writer and director who has been able to become a spokesperson for important social issues, very often underestimated, brings to the stage this show based on the story of the same name contained in the book by Bolignano “Profumo Comico di Donna”.
