The Torre Annunziata Court has issued an IP order at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office against 10 suspects held responsible, to varying degrees, for aggravated fraud for the unlawful receipt of the public benefit known as "citizen's income."

At the same time, the military is carrying out equally personal and local searches. The subjects, in the absence of certain requirements necessary to obtain the emolument, would have unduly received the total sum of 60.720,45 euros, in the period between the months of May 2019 and March 2021.
