Codacons asks Juve to revoke the 2018-19 Scudetto
This is what lawyers Enrico Lubrano , Carlo Claps , Oreste Pallotta and Angelo Pisani , defenders of Codacons and the Napoli Maradona Fans Association, claim in a note.
On March 31, the four lawyers filed an appeal with the Lazio Regional Administrative Court (TAR) requesting that the 2018-2019 Scudetto be revoked from Juventus and awarded to Napoli (who finished second in the league).

All this "in light of the fact that – the four professionals explain – Juventus has altered the regularity of the Championship with the capital gains system, as correctly indicated in the decision of the Federal Court of Appeal of the FIGC dated 30 January 2023, confirmed by the ruling of the Guarantee Board".
"The rejection of the appeals by Agnelli, Paratici, Cherubini, and Arrivabene ," the lawyers emphasized, " realistically confirmed (and this may be confirmed when the reasons are filed) the structural basis of the Federal Court of Appeal's decision."
“The conduct of four of the six directors of Juventus, with the consequence of considering it definitively established that Juventus, through its legal representatives (for whom it is directly responsible), has implemented the capital gains system in a pre-ordained and structured manner, with consequent alteration of the regularity of the Championships”.
