Donato De Caprio , the well-known sandwich maker and TikToker from Pignasecca in Naples , returned to social media with a video dedicated to his mother, Rosa Gigante , the visually impaired elderly woman killed in Pianura two weeks ago by Stefania Russolillo , now a prisoner.
“After a short break, I want to dedicate this video to my mother, to her passing, and I want to say to all the people who have suffered a loss like mine, strength and courage and let's move on, it's not easy but it must be done ,” he says with his voice breaking with emotion.
She then added: “Mom, this is the sandwich you wanted, you didn't manage to get it in time. You always told me you wanted to come and eat the sandwich and try the stracciatella, mortadella and olives with almonds,” she could barely hold back her tears.
And then he adds: “It's a very difficult sandwich for me, a special sandwich, full of emotion and anger. Mom, I love you and I miss you so much. Mortadella, stracciatella, and olives with almonds, this is the sandwich you wanted and didn't come to eat. Bye Mom.”
