The fourth edition of NapoliCittàLibro – Salone del Libro e dell'editoria, entitled “Tempeste” and dedicated to Piero Angela with interviews and reports screened in collaboration with RAI Teche, left the Stazione Marittima Congress Centre with 12.000 attendees.
With the contribution of Cepell – Center for Books and Reading of the Ministry of Culture and the Chamber of Commerce of Naples, the support of Intesa Sanpaolo, the patronage of the Ministry of Culture, Rai Campania and the Municipality of Naples and the media partnership of Rai, this edition also goes beyond European borders, with the twinning agreement between NapoliCittàLibro and the Feria Internacional del Libro de Calì (Columbia), aimed at intensifying cultural and social relations with constant reference to common action for the development of culture, peace, solidarity and meeting between peoples.
A very broad program, developed by the Scientific Committee composed of Vincenza Alfano, journalist, writer and teacher of literary subjects and Latin; Ileana Bonadies, journalist, theatre critic and curator of cultural events; Beatrice Gigli, expert in communication and marketing who began her work years ago inspired by the “Circolo delle Dame colte”, a salon that promoted public relations and initiatives between women and men of culture, born in Naples in the Napoleonic era; Guido Trombetti, Rector Emeritus of the University of Naples Federico II.
Those who attended NapoliCittàLibro during the four days of the Fair met the actors of “Un posto al Sole” and some of the most important and representative names in national publishing such as the two finalists of the Strega Prize Igiaba Scego and Carmen Verde, Monica Acito, Miriam Candurro, Piera Carlomagno, Carola Carulli, Andrea Colamedici (creator and founder, together with Maura Gancitano, of the cultural dissemination project Tlon), Edoardo De Angelis, Maurizio de Giovanni, Paolo Di Paolo, Flo, Marcello Fois, Simona Frasca with the Frattasio brothers (Mixed by Erry), Graziano Gala, Gabriella Genisi together with the actor Giovanni Ludeno, Anilda Ibrahimi, Fuani Marino, Lorenzo Marone, Francesca G.
