They are two spouses, Daniamo Noschese and Mariabarbara Vacchiano, and one of the couple's minor children, the three arrested for the murder of Marzia Capezzuti, 29 year old Milanese woman missing from Faiano in March 2022.
The arrested woman is the sister of the victim's ex-boyfriend. The Carabinieri of the investigative unit of Salerno Two warrants were issued, one by the investigating judge of the Salerno Ordinary Court and another by the investigating judge of the Juvenile Court. The three suspects were found to have serious evidence of guilt in the murder.

But the investigations have allowed us to reconstruct other behaviors carried out by the couple, who had managed to isolate Marzia even from her family of origin: March 2022, when the young disappeared into thin air, her parents didn't even know that she was still in Pontecagnano Faiano since, in the summer of 2021, it was Mariabarbara Vacchiano herself who informed them that the girl had left with a mysterious boyfriend.
In the investigation documents there is also a extrajudicial confession, very important for the investigation, provided by the son 15enne of the couple during an Instagram video call with his sister. During the conversation, the boy reportedly provided a description of the murder and its location.
A clue that allowed the Carabinieri to limit the area in which, then, in October 2022, it was the young woman's body was found. The investigators have also reconstructed the last hours of Marzia's life, thanks to the elements provided by various people. The young woman was apparently taken away from her home by the three suspects, in the middle of the night.
The subsequent surveys carried out by the scientific team and the biological material extracted from a tooth found on the floor near the body, allowed to ascertain that it was the girl's body. In the place where she was abandoned, this morning the mayor of Pontecagnano, Giuseppe Lanzara, laid a bunch of flowers, accompanied by a message: "From this moment on, Marzia will finally be able to rest in peace."
