And Naples, in this context, now plays a central role, with 83 scheduled stops this year for over 415 passengers, based on a 'deseasonalization' approach.

The arrival of the new flagship, the MSC World Europa, at the Campania port, was the occasion to take stock of the activities and prospects of the group headed by entrepreneur Gianluigi Aponte. "The most 'sustainable' ship in the global cruise industry due to the technologies used," Massa said in a ceremony attended, among others, by the ship's captain, Dino Sagani, the mayor of Naples, Gaetano Manfredi, the regional councilor for tourism, Felice Casucci, and the president of the Central Tyrrhenian Sea Port Authority, Andrea Annunziata.
