Starting in May 2023, real estate users will be required to use PagoPA to pay their monthly bills. The new payment platform, to which the Municipality of Naples is transitioning in compliance with current national regulations, will be operational starting next month.
The necessary technical updates will involve the temporary suspension of billing for rental fees, occupation allowances, installment payments for arrears and installment payments for decommissioning. From 21 April 2023, in fact, it will no longer be possible to make such payments on the usual postal current accounts, nor through the payment slips already issued which will no longer be valid for payment, nor through bank transfers or manually filled out payment slips.
The pre-stamped bulletins for the month of “May 2023” will not be issued in April, but will be delivered at the end of May 2023 with payment due in June 2023. It will not be possible to make partial payments of the amount indicated in the notice received.
