An area of 200 meters would have been excavated, removing a volume of earth of approximately 150 cubic meters, thus modifying the morphology of the land. This is what was contested by a 60-year-old man of Massa Lubrense (NAPLES), who was reported to the forestry police of Castellammare di Stabia, during a territorial control operation ordered by the forestry police group of NAPLES.
The soil was removed mechanically. According to investigators, the excavation occurred without authorization in an area subject to landscape and hydrogeological restrictions. Inspections will continue in the coming days to prevent soil movements that could pose a risk to the hydrogeological balance.
