Twenty-two Cagliari fans have received a Daspo ( Banishment of Conduct ) order from the Sardinian capital's police chief, requiring them to be banned from stadiums, because they were responsible for episodes of violence that occurred during last season before and after the matches against Napoli and Inter.

In particular, a group Daspo was issued for 17 people , aged between 19 and 48, including known members of the ultra group 'Sconvolts' , for having taken part in clashes with the police on 21 February last year during the match between Cagliari and Napoli.
That day, at the end of the match, a group of rossoblù supporters reached the away section and threw smoke bombs , firecrackers , and blunt objects at the opposing fans, as well as rocks and bottles at the police. Three ultras were immediately arrested.
Overall , for incidents related to that match, the Cagliari Police Chief issued 49 bans over time, of which 26 against Cagliari ultras and 21 against Napoli fans , with a duration ranging from 1 to 8 years.
Attack on Inter fans, Daspo for 7 Cagliari ultras
Another group Daspo has been issued for 7 Cagliari ultras (2 of whom were also involved in the attacks of the previous 21 February) who on 15 May, according to what was ascertained by the Digos , attacked 6 Inter fans who had just got into a taxi at Poetto.
The police explained that the group attacked the vehicle with sticks and belts with metal buckles, damaging it. To escape the attack, the taxi driver was forced to zigzag between pedestrians and cyclists, posing a public safety risk.
The 22 Daspos last from 2 to 8 years and in the case of those who have already been the recipient of a restrictive measure, the obligation to appear before the police will also come into force – from 2 to 4 years – during matches.
