Anm e sindacati have reached and signed the agreement that will allow the strengthening of the service public transport on line 1 of subway e funiculars on Sunday 30 April to allow the flow of citizens if the Napoli should mathematically conquer it title.
Non-stop subway and funicular service
The agreement provides for the non-stop service is preferably used for line 1 which will only carry out the route Piscinola-Dante, with 8 trains in line, and for the funiculars Central e Montesanto with journeys until 6am on Monday 1st May. Road transport, as well as trams and trolleybuses, will end their journeys at 14pm on Sunday.
“The main concern of the trade unions - explain Marco Sansone e Adolfo Vallini of the USB – was to guarantee the safety of ANM employees and for those who wish to use the public transport service on the occasion of the possible championship party".
The union reports that “operators originally scheduled for intermediate/afternoon shifts, if interested, instead of being placed on official leave, can ask to be employed as flow managers within the underground stations by 14 pm tomorrow”.
The stations that will remain open, in addition to the station agent staff, will have the support of the travel ticket inspectors who will be joined by 70 units from the army, police force and fire brigade who “in case of excessive crowds or particular difficulties they will apply the emergency plan which provides for the closure of the station and facilities”.
The car parks that will remain open are Frullone, Brin e Chiaiano, while the elevators and the Anm point.
Anm employees working from 19.30:30 pm on April 1th until the morning of May 98st will enjoy a bonus of XNUMX euros for each hour of work. The measures contained in the agreement are valid – USB specifies – only in the event of a mathematical victory of the title.
