A 17-year-old boy turned himself in to the Carabinieri for the shooting in front of the bar in Sant'Anastasia yesterday evening around 23:10 p.m. in which a family was injured while eating ice cream. The boy is the son of a criminal killed in an ambush XNUMX years ago.
An arrest warrant was also ready for the 17-year-old, issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Napoli, for attempted murder and illegal possession of a weapon in conjunction with 19-year-old Emanuele Civita.
The two, riding a scooter in Piazza Cattaneo, first aggressively displayed their weapons and then fired at least ten shots in the square, regardless of the presence of numerous families in the bars and clubs in the area.

The Carabinieri had already identified him through the analysis of images from video surveillance cameras and testimonies. Emanuele Civita, on the other hand, is the son of Fabio, arrested because he is affiliated with the D'Avino clan of Somma Vesuviana. The boy has a criminal record for possession of weapons and drugs.
