“For those who are believers, we can definitely say that this 10-year-old girl was a miracle worker. For those who are not, we can say that she was truly lucky.” This is what the deputy Francesco Emilio Borrelli says, who spoke with the director of the Santobono, the Neapolitan pediatric hospital where the little injured boy was taken.
“From what I've been told – explains Borrelli – the bullet stopped at the cheekbone and did not reach the brain. The prognosis has not yet been resolved and in any case the little girl will have to undergo a delicate surgical operation to remove the bullet”.
