This is how the singer-songwriter introduces his new album: “La Corte dei Giullari” describes the author who looks at the unhealthy part of society as a large court of hypocritical, false and opportunistic people who, in order to gain the king's favor, distort their nature by making themselves superficial and empty like jesters.
The song speaks of loneliness and abandonment but at the same time it is a warning to move forward, even with one's own anxieties and fears, to discover oneself, to search for real things and people, far from falsehood and opportunism.
Gianluca Guerci, aka MCLOSER, was born in Naples, graduated from classical high school, behavior technician for autistic children, is currently enrolled in the second year of the Faculty of Legal Services Sciences of the Department of Law at Federico II in Naples.
Since he was a child, music has played a central role in his life, dedicating himself with passion and composing the lyrics and music of his songs. He studied guitar and has always participated in musical performances as a singer and musician, first at school and then in clubs where he was the frontman of the rock group Insomnia.
