Yesterday afternoon, officers from the General Prevention Office, during their territorial control service, following a report from the Operations Centre, intervened in a family dispute in the Miano neighbourhood.
The police officers, arriving on the scene, were approached by a woman who told them that she had just helped her mother who had been attacked by her brother, as had already happened on other occasions, for trivial reasons; furthermore, they noticed the man in a very agitated state, inveighing against his mother, threatening her.
The officers reached him and stopped him, identifying him as a 47-year-old Neapolitan with a police record, and arrested him for mistreatment of the family.
