An ode to Mister Spalletti 's Napoli . It was written by Forza Italia's vice-president of the Senate , Maurizio Gasparri , on the occasion of the third Scudetto.
The former minister read his composition, entitled 'Neapolitan Ode', live on Radio 1 during today's episode of 'Un giorno da pecora'.
"And finally, the already announced Scudetto has arrived ," Senator Gasparri's poem read live on the radio today. " All of Italy is applauding those who are winning on the pitch. An overwhelming year, a convincing success.
And Napoli now has the third tricolor close to its heart".
Gasparri praises Napoli 's president ( " De Laurentiis is a leader, he's very proud of his leadership" ) and the 'masked' Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen : "Osimhen is the top scorer who leads vast ranks. He's the great protagonist, the leader of the champions. It's not just Napoli that's celebrating; the triumph doesn't stop; even abroad there's singing and the joy is great everywhere."
