Last May 15th the Carabinieri of the Lieutenancy of Pagani they executed the precautionary measure of complete suspension from the exercise of public office and from service for 9 months issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Nocera Inferiore, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Nocera Inferiore, against two employees of the municipality of Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino.
They are being investigated for fraud and false attestations or certifications within the scope of the general rules on the organization of work in public administrations. The two municipal employees, on several occasions, are said to have arbitrarily left their workplace for private purposes and without any authorization, falsely certifying their presence on duty, also causing financial damage to the municipal body.
