A Sessa Aurunca via scalo ferrovia, near the local railway station, the Carabinieri of the Mondragone Territorial Department, as part of targeted services aimed at combating crimes in general and in particular against drug dealing, arrested a 37-year-old Nigerian, believed to be responsible for drug dealing.
The man, an illegal immigrant on national territory, was caught while handing over to a 46-year-old from Minturno, in the province of Naples, a cellophane package containing a "heroin"-type substance for a total weight of 11,00 grams.
The simultaneous search carried out on the Nigerian allowed the military to find and seize €420,00, considered to be the proceeds of the illegal activity. The arrested person was taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison, at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
The buyer was instead reported to the Prefecture of Caserta.
