The State Police executed an arrest warrant issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Napoli – District Anti-Mafia Directorate against a person for the crimes of attempted murder as well as possession and carrying of common firearms, crimes aggravated by the so-called mafia method, as they are attributable to the criminal gang known as the Contini clan.
In particular, the suspect, on September 29, 2022, in Naples, armed with a gun and a knife, allegedly first premeditatedly attacked the two victims with kicks and punches, taking advantage of an argument that was underway between several other individuals, and, once the offended people had fallen to the ground, he allegedly stabbed them in vital areas.
