World-renowned striker Edin Dzeko will come to Istanbul to undergo a medical and finalize the transfer negotiations. He will then be presented to the public., we read in a note published by the Fenerbahce, a team which is also close to making official Vincenzo Montella as a coach.
Arriving in the summer of 2021 on a free transfer from Roma, where he had played for six years, amassing 260 appearances and 119 goals (top scorer in the 2016/17 Serie A season), Dzeko won his four Italian trophies with Inter: two Coppa Italias and two Italian Super Cups in the 2021/22 and 2022/23 seasons. For the Nerazzurri, he scored 31 goals in 101 official appearances, appearing in the last Champions League final.
