John Valovic-Galtier he was questioned all morning about the comments made by the former sporting director of the Nice Julien Fournier, who in an email addressed to his management accused him of some offensive statements. No formal charges have been brought against him.
“The crimes of moral harassment and discrimination based on real or presumed belonging or non-belonging to an ethnic group, a nation, a presumed race or a specific religion are punishable, in the maximum cases, with a sentence of 3 years of imprisonment and a fine of 45.000 euros”. This can be read in the conclusions signed by the district attorney at the Court of Nice, Xavier Bonhomme, in reference to the arrest of the technician Paris Saint-Germain Christophe Galtier and his adopted son John Valovic for alleged racial discrimination in the workplace.
