Marek Hamsik, former captain of the Napoli, officially announced in a press conference held this morning his training camp from football played at the end of this season. The midfielder is currently playing for Trabzonspor who, after winning the championship last season, will end their season outside Europe this year.
“Saturday's match will be my last – said 'Marekiaro' -. Trabzonspor will be my last team. I want to thank all the clubs I played for and shared this journey with, they allowed me to realize a dream. Football was in my destiny, since I was 4 years old. I think I have achieved my goals”.
“I thank my family and friends who have supported me over the years. They wanted me to return home to Slovakia. – concluded Hamsik -. Thanks also to our fans who were close to us. Now I will enjoy these last moments. I may not cry, but I assure you that I am very happy and proud”.
